RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Yuvani Vesture for your clothing needs. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We have tried to showcase our products accurately through product pictures and detailed descriptions. Please take the time to review the display images and product descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy outlined below:

  • Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges: We offer easy exchange and return options within 2 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Size and Product Exchange: We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected or may not meet your preferences. Therefore, we offer one time size exchange and product exchange of equal value within the designated timeframe, that is within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds in Store Credit: If you prefer a refund, we provide it in the form of store credit, which you can utilize within 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Items purchased during sale events or with the use of coupons are not eligible for return or exchange unless in very select genuine cases, which will be considered at our discretion. ALL ITEMS FROM CLEARANCE SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
  • Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, we require a full opening video of the parcel as evidence. Upon verification, we will gladly offer an exchange or return for the damaged item.
  • Products purchased with the help of Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. Items returned that do not meet our return policy criteria may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.
